HI
i am from multan and i am quite a bit into reading. I usually write essays but occasionally fiction. So when i heard of nanowrimo i thought it would be a good idea. And everything is good in multan. I am a little stressed because of the entry test on the 28th. I will post sparodically till then.

Hi,

How's everybody?

I'm from Lahore. Currently in Bahrain.

I've been trying to write something on NaNoWrimo for, I guess, three years. Could not take the first step. :) I hope I'll break the shackles this time.

Wishing you all all the best.

sooo are any of the people actually living in pakistan going to the pak vs sa games? if so, i am incredibly jealous. that is all. (hey, it didn't feel right to have a pakistan forum and NOT bring up cricket ;)

Thanks Wild_One!! Appreciate it!

Do you guys have any ideas as to what you will be writing?? And how you will be writing - you know a Modus Operandi?? I am asking because I have no idea what I am going to do! :S I don't have a story, and i don't even have an idea! Is that normal? Or am i supposed to have it all worked out by now?

Its alrite if you dont have a story or an idea yet. You can visit the forums on plot help etc to get some ideas, Ahmad. I am in the same spot as you are, ahving signed many of my students for the Young Writers Program, I'm totally caught up in everything.

Dont worry, it will be ok. But I do suggest you start thinking and planning now because there are just a few days left before the !st of November.

Best of luck.

Hi All - it's great to see such a buoyant group from Pakistan, I'm from Karachi, originally, though I've lived in London for many, many years. I've travelled quite extensively in other parts of Pakistan, too.

I'm sure you NaNo vets will be able to help out your fellow entrants bbut if you want some guidance and encouragement, please do drop by my new blog specially for NanoWriMo entrants. It's http://www.narrativesonline.com. It begins with daily entries in the 10 DAY COUNDOWN to November 1 with practical exercises and tips just to get your creative juices flowing so that you are ready to fly on the Big Day. There will also be an entry on EVERY SINGLE DAY of the month of November. And at the moment I'm working on getting well-known writers to contribute their tips for you novellers out there.

If you want to check out my credentials before you start following my advice, you'll find them on: www.ShahrukhHusain.com

Hope to hear from you all. Feel free to leave feedback, comments, queries, requests on the Narrativesonline.com blog.

Hello everyone,

i see poeple reuniting ang others newbies finding their way aournd. I'm Sadaf from Karachi. My reason for joining Nanowiomo was to grease up those rusty writing skills on mine. Like a lot of us im also troddling on a plot, an idea, perhaps.

Guess its going to be a boisterous ride scribling down on the pages.

Best of luck to all. =)

Hey everyone,

I'm Mustafa from Karachi. I grew up in Saudi Arabia and live in US right now. This is my first NaNoWriMo and I'm starting a week late with no plot or ideas. If I have a sucky novel on my hands by the end of the month, I am going to count that as a spectacular victory! Cheers!

oho! akele akele! Shag! u never gave me an impression u were here this year too!! LOL

Hi everyone I'm from Karachi too! And me n ada are from last year, though all we did last year was discuss with each other how typing is sooooooooooo difficult if you've written on paper first.

I love writing! in fact writing is a second me, and i think i'll be able to do it this year, reach 50k i mean. i dunno... it should happen in june, wen we're all frolicking in the summer hols. at least then we'll have something worthwhile to do. november is exam time. As soon as im thru wid the one i have 2moro, im starting here, and apparantly so will my mom :Stop sitting on your PC for so long!!! LOL

DONOT mind my shortcuts. this is the result of chatting. thats why i've now left. none of this will be seen in my real story!

Best of luck to all in trying to reach 50k words. all u hav to do is think n write n write n write n write n write....................Good luck
