Fremount and I meet most mornings after our kids are off to school. Last year we alternated between Starbucks and Borders.

We're starting this Monday (Oct. 29th) at 9:00 am at Starbucks (Main St and Old Lee Hwy) to do some planning.

Is this the Starbucks down in the "old" part of Fairfax City, where they changed the traffic flow? I hadn't been down that way for a long time, and was amazed at how it has changed, but I believe I noticed a Starbucks down in that shopping center.

Yes, this is the two-story Starbucks next to Dante Salon (on the upper level) and Smoothie King (on the lower level), in the shopping center where Harris Teeter was and Walgreen's is now.
We'll be outside if it's nice, otherwise upstairs inside, beginning at 9:00 am for pre-planning.

We've got a Monday evening Fairfax meet going as well, and I'd be happy to add to that if there are other folks in the Fairfax area for whom Monday's not convenient. I still have Saturdays and Tuesday and Thursday evenings free, at least for now. :)

Hi, lolhee! Our schedules may not mesh well because Fremount and I write while our kids are at school, and since you're a student in school, well, you see the problem. BUT, our kids are in elementary school and I bet you're in the high school part of Robinson, which ends at 2:10, right? My daughter gets home around 3:45 so it would be possible to write together a bit after you're out of school, depending on your transportation of course.
Is there a particular day of the week that would work better for you? I'd be willing to plan a write-in that you could attend. Note that Friday afternoons generally do not work for me.

Don't know if I will make it to the Fairfax City Starbucks tomorrow morning at 8. Long day at work, a rehearsal tonight, and my lesson plan isn't done, so I may be working on it until the last minute. Plus, I promised my ESL students a pumpkin pie!
