I originally wanted to do a fanfic... but I think that a story that I planned to divide into 3 parts is a little too long and tedious for even NaNoWriMo. Besides, that was already started.
So my other choices finally boiled down to either: 1) a completely fantasy one, which is something of a series of long oneshots, containing a set of characters and their individual stories (Which are at times tied into one another), and are connected by the clues uncovered by each story, which then solve the mystery first introduced (or hinted at) in the Prologue.
2) Set in real life, and is somewhat juvenile, but it's been my little pet plot-bunny since ever, and this is the first time that i've actually taken steps to finish it. It's significantly shorter than choice #1 and is much more teen oriented, thus, much more dramatic and angst driven.
So... It's either my new, plot-full story which is somewhat fresh in my mind but long and a little impossible... or the old favourite, even if it's riddled with teen-angst?

Hmm, I'd say go with the teenage one being as you've wanted to do it for a good amount of time already, right?
----------Go for/with that one!
