"As I rounded the corner I felt muscular and compact, like corned beef." - Dr Rick Dagless, MD
I sometimes type "sinner" instead of "dinner", which is quite funny. Just now I had my characters travelling on a plant, rather than a plane.
Not strictly a typo, but yesterday my character bought a can of deodorant and then "didn't bother to go to the toilet, but just sprayed himself out in the station concourse". Not quite what I meant. I've since reworded it.
The worst typo I nearly sent in an email (but luckily noticed it just in time) was when I wrote to thank my mother-in-law for making our wedding cake, and meant to remark on the "white flowers" she'd decorated it with, but the s is quite close to the w.
She looked at him for a moment, then at Pol who made no move whatsoever to counter this astounding statement, then she burst out laughing. It was either that or burst into teats.
Tears, dear, tears,,,

Obviously I meant crevices.

Actually o for i is one of my standard typos - I quite often have Sosters of the Order of Theis too, but that's less funny :)

I got some studious water 'poring over the edge' which wasn't as much fun as 'the scared table' I found and corrected in an old work a few weeks ago.
If I keep typing in here you'll get a few more! It has taken as much time to correct the typos as type the post. I think I'm typed out for the day!

Oh, I've done 'sinner' as well.
And I actually got so sick of typing 'woth' instead of 'with' that I made Woth the god of toilets in my novel.

to bowk (or bouk) in scotland is to puke. the porridge is hospital breakfast. I'm leaving that one in.

Eeeewwww!
This from this evening:
Pol strolled from the room and down the corridor to the hall, a huge groin on his face.
It completely derailed my train of thought for about half a minute. :-)
