Don't worry. Distract yourself using all manner of unruly techniques, playing games, listening to music, watching TV, because procrastinating on your novel is just plain out-there fun.
Alternately you can browse the rest of the forums for things to do, or just go out somewhere and throw stones at a river.
If you see goblins in jeeps waving air horns...RUN.
