I'm not even sure if there was any kind of a meet-up here last year, or the year before. how many interested people do we have this year?

I'm in Kumamoto, that's not TOO far off. I make treks to Fukuoka all the time already, so as long as it's not on my school's bunkasai I might be interested.

I'm in Nagasaki, which is far off, to be honest. Still nice to see some people from the Kyushu area.

I don't live in Fukuoka, but I visited there with one of my elementary schools. It seems like a pretty cool city. How are the other JETs / English teachers there?

I'm in Sasebo, but I have a major paper for Grad school (the 30 page research proposal that is vital to graduation) due in about a week, so I'm too busy writing to drive to either Fuk or Nagasaki this month. Heck, I'm also too busy to write a novel this month, but here we are.
It is good to know that there are other writers in Kyushu, though!

I'll be in Fukuoka from November 28th to November 30th. I'm a circus performer and I have a contract in Fukuoka on, you guessed it, November 30th! If anybody is writing in a particular cafe and wants to meet up to have a cheering squad to help make it to the finish line, please post an address. Write hard, Jonas
