head/desk and repeat
Writers' block has struck.
Doesn't help that I haven't had a second to myself in the evenings, and I really can't write the juicy bits of my novel at work (I would be in so much trouble if they caught me that it's not worth risking it).
Now I'm kinda flapping around like a bird with a broken wing - not making much progress!
This isn't so much a request for help, because I know it will pass, but more a thread for other writers who are suffering to come and bash their heads against the desk with me. Misery loves company. :)

Sounds like the past two years of my life, haha.
Seriously though, I feel your pain. I got so wound up over my lack of progress over the weekend, but thankfully I've been doing an above-recommended amount of keytapping in the past three days, enough to pretty much catch up. This weekend should be a good'un as I'm really getting into the story now :)

I haven't got writer's block, but i have lost my memory stick- can I join in with the frenzied head pounding?
It's probably still on my desk at work, but that presents its own special problems, since I'd rather not have anyone find and read what amounts to 3000 words of sex scenes!

I've just written 2000 words of gratuitous prawn, I'd be gutted if I lost all that! Or if it fell into the wrong hands.
