Sort of finished it.
I could still potentially write more chapters, but I'm debating whether it's worth it or not or whether I'd rather either go back and add more to an older novel I have, or write something entirely new, so I'm ending it where I am right now.

I did it! I think the robot said 51,000 and something. Thanks to Inuki for planting the idea that one can finish early, not that I'm anything as quick! For those of you who are actual productive citizens, I DON'T WORK. Take heart then and keep writing now and forever!
Lots more writing to finish the story, but without Nanowrimo none of it would have been written down.

My novel is not even close to being finished, but my friend in portland is also going to continue writing her Nano (she's almost done!) as well, so we're going to pace each other at a much more sedate speed of 1,000 words a day.
