I just cracked 25k last night. My male MC and female MC are relating to each other in interesting ways, my antagonist just became a fully fleshed-out person, and I wrote a scene that broke my heart and made me a little sick. I have a plot worked out that should see me through to the finish line and I've already written the climax and most of the closing scene of the book.

I scraped 25000 up today. Actually, I may have had it yesterday like I should have, but I can't tell as it is handwritten. My prize for getting enough words today is that I get to type it up.
I've introduced some conflict, made everyone miserable (or dead) and now I'm going to patch that up a bit before tearing everyone down again by revealing a terminal illness! Yay! I'm starting to like my characters better now. And I have a plan to introduce a possible love interest at the funeral.

Wooo! Just hit 25k about 10 minutes ago! But I can no longer sit still because I have a game tonight and I have the pre-game jitters which involves me randomly ranting in one long big run one sentence WOO HOO!
As soon as I trudge through this chapter, which involves my MC's life altering experience, they'll be able to get out of the house, explore the world, and then... I don't really know.
But yay! 25k for me! :D

Stumbled over 30k with raw and bleeding feet today.
At least the concert I was panicking about is done now and HOPEFULLY the rest of the month will be a little less of Betty smashing her face into inanimate objects out of sheer frustration.
And I still don't... well, okay there's a plot, but not a lot of direction....
