26312 words right now.

I may be a bit of an emotional wreck tomorrow; I have to put one of my cats down Wednesday morning.

I have to get home earlier today so I probably won't be able to stay for the Coffee Meet. :( I will, however, be around Gare Centrale a bit earlier (most likely until 5:00-5:30-ish), to try and get some more writing done. I haven't been to any of the meets yet this year but if anyone else will be there early, I'm the girl with the green laptop who looks like she hasn't slept for days. xD

Oh, again, I see this post too late! I will see what I can do. Yesterday, at work, I was able to put down a few sentences. I was a bit luckier this morning. I had some blood tests to do this morning at the hospital. And it is every effective to write while waiting my turn.

Change of plans: I already did my ninja-pirate fight , I will indeed make the 2000 word challenge -- but I won't be at the meet tonight. I'll put Boots down in about an hour, and I don't think I'll be able to stay composed for a meetup after.

That's uncool. I'll keep your prize for sunday or next wednesday?

Next Wednesday may be better. I discovered with my former CLSC home cleaner/friend that Boots was already dead. I don't think I'll be over that by Sunday.

(This gives me even more incentive to make it now; I want to dedicate my Lulu volume to my kitty.)

Well, I made my 2000 words, albeit much later than the meet-up. One step closer to the finish though.
