I've got that first 50,000 words down-pact.
I know the middle story.
I know how I want to end it....
But how do I get from point A to point C? I mean, I know where I want to go, but how can get myself there? Do I try adding back stories or new characters? That seems like it would be too much...
I just don't know. Please tell me I'm not the only one who has the STORY but the details that connect the bits together come harder than one would think....

Transitions can be difficult. Every story needs a beginning, a middle, and an end. Are you saying you don't have a middle? That's what it sounds like. You need to have something in the middle, the biggest part of your story should be the middle, not the beginning or the end.
