Hi guys!
I was thinking about all of you earlier so I thought I'd drop by and say hi. How's it going? What's new in your neck of the woods?
Stop by! Say hi!

HI.
Er. Nothing to see here, move along, move along. Nothing interesting, anyway. Eh. How are you? I'm normal! Writing a bit, definately not enough, planning to do ScriptFrenzy... mmhmm.

Hello all as well. I'm doing alright. I've been writing a bit, not as much as last year. I'm not sick anymore. This month I've been doing NaNoEdMo and I have 5 and a half hours left. Next month I'm doing ScriptFrenzy.

Okay, Hi everyone!
First: Arnold, what's NaNoEdMo?
Second: We've just moved into our new place, I've been seriously tweaking things for my next novel, writing a few short stories and such...
And taking care of my monsters. Other than that, things are alright... I now feel as though I have the flu, and my head is pounding.
Anyway, that's about it here... how about everyone else?

Hey :) I was just thinking of Nano, starting to get my planning done and such. Well, attempting to while preparing for diploma's and IB exams at least. Figured I'd stop by and see if there'd been any recent activity on the forum.
I recently went to London, got a few ideas for my novel, though I'm still undecided on using them or not. Getting excited to move to Ireland next year, and getting way hyped up for Grad. It's a month away, I can't wait! ^.^
Ooooh! I'm going to be an aunty for the first time, and a big sister again, in October. Right around my birthday too, that has me REALLY excited. I have to admit, I'm counting down the months because of the births, and less because of my own birthday. XD
But, I'm procrastinating on a paper I'm supposed to be doing, so I guess I should stop doing that and actually write the darned thing. Hope to talk to you all soon.

Okay this post is a month or two late. NaNoEdMo is National Novel Editing Month where you spend 50 hours editing your novel. It's not as fun as Nano but it does get you editing.
The last Raving Poets of the season finished yesterday, so I went to that yesterday...having a short story published online in June, finished writing a novel this past month with my writer's group. And I haven't been sick in a while, so things are coming along :)

Yeah, replying a little late, whatever. :P
Things out here in little Lloyd are good. Busy, but good. However.. exciting news.. Definately moving to E-town in August! Which means I will be able to come to more than two freaking events this year! hehe. Can't wait. November always comes so fast.

Hi all,
I'm Sarah, and I'm brand-spankin' new: this is going to be my first (of many, I'm sure) NaNoWriMo.
I've never written fiction (longer than a page or so) before, so I'm kinda scared. But also really excited. {but mostly scared!}
Um, yeah. I think that's about it for now. (I swear I can socialize much better than this, once I'm not terrified.)

Hi Sarah! I'm Sarah. :)
Welcome! Don't be scared. NaNo is a little terrifying but mostly it's really, really fun. No, seriously, it is. It's crazy and kind of a weird thing to do but it is undoubtedly a good time. Welcome aboard! The three Municipal Liaisons (me, Patrick, and Karen) are already planning some really awesome stuff for this year's (10th anniversary!) event, so it's sure to be an awesome year.

Darn it, Sarah beat me to it! Anyway, welcome Sarah (Creative Tide). I'm Arnold. What else can I say? This year is going to be a blast like always.

Hey, CreativeTide!
Don't be scared! I was brand new last year, but had a great time! The Literary Ninjas are an awesome group of people and we're lucky enough to have the bestest MLs leading us to 50K glory. Jump right in! :) And welcome!

Welcome Sarah :) Guess the others have said most everything already, but they're all right. Nano can be really scary at first, but so long as you don't let yourself lag behind your daily goal (like I do), you'll do just fine. That and you won't be at the last week pulling your hair out because you still have almost half of your nove to finish (did that too).
The Word Wars are great with helping keep your word count up, and they are a wonderful warm up as well. You have to be quick though, there are some really quick writers in this group, both typing and hand writing. But that's all a part of the fun :)
The ML's always plan great write-ins and get togethers. I've been doing Nano for about four years now, and have only won two of those times, mostly because of procrastination. But let me tell you, having that purple 'Winner!' bar under your name is a great feeling.
I hope you enjoy doing Nanowrimo with us all, and good luck :)
And now, back to work for me *le sigh*
