I was wondering if you talked the office of letter and light to let you guys do a spotlight interview to get word out for wordstock. we should see if we can get other local nanoer's interested.

We haven't yet talking to HQ about a spotlight interview yet but that's a great idea! At this point, we're planning on putting our events in the local paper to draw in some new writers :) Already, we've had several new comers come to our workshops because we posted those events in the Willametter Weekly.
Any other suggestions you guys might have to get new people to attend?

I was wondering if we should invite the olympia writers. it would be a hour and a half drive for them though, so many might not come if any come at all, but we might as well extend a welcoming hand to our challengers. we also could put a message in portland's regional forum, to let them know also about the booth.

Telling Portland would be a good idea... they aren't going to think we're impinging on their turf or anything, right? They won't start thinking that we're trying to start a war... RIGHT? I would really hate to see a Salem vs Portland challenge happen to us.
