Would anyone in the Bel Air area be interested in attending write-ins at the Panera at the Festival, maybe on Saturdays? I haven't decided on times yet, so feel free to post what times would be convenient for you guys. Last year, I believe we started at 4:00 in the afternoon, and we got a turnout of about four people on average. Let me know what you guys think!
Wolf.

Afternoons work better for me. I just have to know within the next week or so a set time so I can change my availability at work for November. :)

I'm at school in College Park, but have been coming home to Bel Air alot on weekends. if these were bumped back to maybe earlier in the day on Sundays, I could make them.

See, the only problem with early on Sundays is that some people might go to church or something. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and ask: would anyone be up for two weekly write-ins? (Or maybe one weekly and one biweekly?) I'm thinking one on Saturday afternoon and another Sunday morning. Feel free to throw rotten veggies at me if it's a crappy idea. Or, we could always alternate: Saturday afternoon one week, Sunday morning the next, and so on.

I'm hesitant to say I can do this, if only because I usually work Saturdays and my lap-top is currently FUBAR. However, if these two things are dealt with, I'll be there. Why the Panera in Festival though?

FUBAR? What's that? (I'm computer-stupid, sorry.) Either way, I hope you can make it!
Well, everyone in the Bel Air area pretty much knows where Festival is, and Panera has free WiFi, so I figure it's the easiest and most convenient place for Bel Air HarCoNaNos to meet up.

I'd be fine with multiple write-ins, I'd be okay with one during the week, too, which I can host if anyone has a particular mid-day time, because lately I've been going into work early and off by 2:30pm.
(I work in the Kohls at the Festival if anyone wants to come see me! XD )
Unfortunately, I'm carless at the moment, so if we go anywhere much outside the Festival, I won't be able to make it. The Panera there is perfect, though.

Panera makes sense then. I'll see what I can do.

Hey, I'm from Bel Air and I work at a local cafe that has free Wi-fi. I haven't asked my boss yet, but maybe we could host write-ins there? Me and my coworker are doing it and I think it be cool to support local buisness. Just an idea. =]

Blue Dog Arts Cafe, it's on Moores Mill and Conowingo, just past the VFW Hall. It's half cafe, half ceramic studio but we could probably use the whole studio for a write-it.

Hm. I don't want to directly exclude Medvetis by going to the Blue Dog only. That just seems mean to me. Going back to the idea of multiple (or alternating) write-ins: perhaps we could hold some of them at the Blue Dog and some at Panera?

Well I don't know where Blue Dog is but I know where Panera is. I could easily find out where Blue Dog is. Although the place wouldn't matter as much as the time would for me. Saturday afternoons are prime and Sunday afternoons too. So that's my input on this.

So maybe we could do Saturday afternoon at Panera and Sunday afternoon at Blue Dog? Maybe from like 2-4 or 5? I know nz.uli_ is volunteering to host the one at Blue Dog, but I guess we'll still need a host for Panera. Anyone interested, because I know I can't.

Yeah, I was planning on hosting at least one at Panera, because I'm not sure if I can actually manage getting to Blue Dog write-ins. I'm thinking around 4:30/5:00 pm on Saturday.

Okay, Blue Dog write-ins are a go, if anyone's interested. My boss said she would come up with some kind of deal for Nano's. Maybe we could do Panera on Saturday and Blue Dog on Sunday like Jesscah said. So if people miss the Panera one there's always a Blue Dog one later. Around 2-4 would be good. =]

Works for me. Hopefully my work won't kill /every/ Saturday for me. Stupid freakin' retail black-out periods means I can't adjust my schedule around write-ins, but maybe I'll get lucky.
...Of course the first Saturday in November I have to work 12-6:30 o_x If anyone is still at Panera at that point, I can try to make an appearance. You don't have to change any plans just on account of me, since I can't promise I'll be able to work around Kohl's stupid schedules.

Okay, I've just set up the Blue Dog Cafe write-ins on the region calendar. I hope everyone makes it to at least one. I'll also try to be at a few Panera ones. The more write-ins the better. I didn't set up the Panera write-ins because I didn't really know all the details and it looks like S.N. Wolf is trying to get that all set up.
So come one, come all to Blue Dog Arts Cafe on Moores Mill and Conowingo Road. Every Sunday from 2-4. I'll be hosting all but the first one, because I have been picked to go represent the cafe at that wine tasting thing at the Armory at 2:30 November 1st. It's kind of an honor to be picked so I REALLY need to go.
But other than that we are set.
