I would love to have a buddy also. I need someone to keep me on track and motivated. I would also like to do the same for someone else. I would like a buddy that is writing the same thing as me if possible. This year I plan on writing a paranormal romance novel. But would love to have a buddy that is at least writing romance if not paranormal romance.

I wouldn't mind a buddy.. I do paranormal romance, and as you can see, this is my first NaNo attempt, and it will be the second in the series. I'd love to have somebody of roughly the same genre so we can motivate each other, iron out the kinks, and exchange manuscripts at month's end for feedback.
