I hope it's okay that I post this. My critique partner (Buffy Christopher) and I are giving a workshop for free over at Bookmans tomorrow (Oct. 24th) at the 19th ave and Northern location. It's from 9 am to noon. The workshop is for new and aspiring writers. We'll be discussing the topics: hobby versus career writing, publishing options, time management for the writer, and marketing and promotion even if your book isn't published! Buffy and I are both published and will be open to answering any questions.

I should be able to make it for a while. I do have a seminar in Scottsdale at noon though so I will be leaving at 11am sharp. I am definitely interested in hearing about the marketing side. I plan on finding a publisher. No self publishing for me!
