Swansea meet-up-Wednesday 4th November!

I've got a uni thing next Wednesday so I probably won't make it. Hope you guys have fun :)

What exactly will everyone be doing? Will we be carrying on with our novels or is it just a casual meet where everyone sits for food, drink and a chat?

I might turn up to this, but am undecided at the moment as I'd undoubtedly be feeling very nervous.

Might end up being a combination of both. If we're at Swansea central library there's an adjoining cafe so we could have a writing break in there. There's also talk of seeing if they'll let us have a room. Anyway, open to ideas so if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to add them. And try not to worry about being nervous we were all the same to start with.

I was gonna try the library today....but I've had no internet and couldn't get the number, but I'm pretty sure they're open tomorrow so I'll give it another go ^_^

We're all still working out what times are best for everyone on Wednesday so no definite times yet. What times are good for you? Trying to arrange something most people can do so hopefully as many as possible can make it. Would be great to meet you if you can come along and will post any more info as soon as we know what's happening

Hi everyone! We're planning on meeting outside main Tesco at 5:30pm, we'll then head over to the library for a bit and go for Subway afterwards. Everyone's welcome to join us at any point. I'll put on this thread where in the library we'll be and when we're moving on to Subway. Can anyone who wants to meet at Tesco let me know so we know how many people to wait for. Thanks everyone xx

Not an absolute dead cert for showing up, depends how money situation is, but I'm eager to meet up with you guys, so I'll do my best! (I'll be able to tell better if I can come tomorrow when the housemate gets home, so we can compare cash flows)

I don't finish work til 8.30 so will probably be too late - unless I walk out of my job that is... Hmm temptation... Assuming everyone is still there tomorrow when I finish I'll meet you guys in the library. If not, hopefully I'll be free for the next meetup.

I happened to be in the central library today (as one does ^_^) and I asked about setting up a permanent writing group there (or at the very least for November) and they said provisionally there's no problem with it.....I'm just waiting on someone in charge to call me back and I can sort some details ^_^

Also....it's fine if we meet there tomorrow they said, as long as we don't get too noisy ^_^

I doubt I'll be there at 5:30 but I'll be at the library or subway definitely depending on what time I get done with everything ^_^

I won't be able to come - not only has my bf ended up in hospital this morning having an op on his arm my car has decided to die on me and I'm not used to public transport just yet!
