I know someone mentioned this was possible at the last meetup but I can't remember how they said to do it....
The situation:
I'd like to be able to see a list of wordcounts of all my writing buddies. I don't mind having a non-nano page to do this, I just want to be able to see all of them!
Other random information that I believe was relevant to the solution I only vaguely remember:
I use Firefox
I have a google account.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants this so I thought I'd post a thread here as I can't seem to find another thread with the information in it...

Can't you check them on your writing buddies page on your profile thinger?

go to http://www.google.com/ig then log in (or google.co.nz/ig)
This is your personalised google homepage which you can put gadgets on.
There'll be a link near the top right (just above the gadgets) which says "Add Stuff". Click on this then search for nanowrimo.
If all else fails ask me next time you're round here.

The problem is that I have more than 11 writing buddies.... otherwise I could, yes.

I think I may have said what you are almost remembering. If so I was mistaken as I hadn't actually counted the number of users showing in the list I saw.
If a graph will suffice you can use the same service that's providing the wordcount comparison graph I posted. Go here and enter your id number (215401). I don't know how long it will take to show up but there seems to be nearly a dozen more graphs listed than there was a day ago.
If I understand correctly it will also take time for more than 11 of your buddies to show as the program looks at your page and works from there. (So it could get another 11 each time it looks, or find the same people each time.)
If you're willing to put in a little effort (and find the uid of all your buddies) and wait a while (for the site load to decrease I think) you could possibly use the "Word War - Custom Goal" at the bottom of the widgets page but until those widgets start working I don't know if it does what I think it does.
----------ML duties again...
I may need to be more disciplined about writing every day this year. 10,000 word days aren't a good idea.
