I am trying this, but it's very hard when trying to be healthy at the same time. And while I like food bribes, I tend to give them to myself at too regular intervals. That said, there are now chocolate biscuits in the house. Right, 5k in a day and I get to eat two with a cup of hot milo. Love it!

I'm bribing myself with Dragon Age.

If i write a minimum of 2K a day (4K on weekends) I get to play Dragon Age for the rest of the day.

I hope this works...

I bought myself a unicycle in celebration of 26,000 words. Maybe I will buy myself a new bag at 50,000. Yes, I think I will. ;)

My bribe isn't for food. (I really don't need that ice cream container of clinkers sitting on my desk. lol )

My bribe to aim for, not just for getting those 50,000 words, but for finishing the entire novel:

To allow myself enough spending money in my paypal account to order a blank bjd and parts to recreate one of my main characters from the story as a bjd figure. One of my other hobbies is turning the characters I come up with as into cloth art dolls and I've recently discovered affordable bjd's and am itching to give them a go.

But it's not happening unless i finish this novel first.
