Okay, last year people were doing posts for every big round number that they got to, and I lagged behind them all. Well not this time!
(I'm not the first person to get 10k, but at least I'm the first to think of making an annoying shout-out topic.)

Should have posted on Nov. 2... but hit 10k then... almost at 20k.

I hit 10k day one... and then slowed down considerably. But that's alright.

Now, back to writing. Because I haven't done much of that today.

Made it last night, and forgot to update my wordcount till this morning.... I hate when I do that and throw off my little 'Nano stats' graph, LOL.

yay, 10k! (and yay shout-outs, haha) I'm so impressed - I've never even had to write an essay that long. The last two hundred words migh tbe complete gibberish, though, because i'm running on about 2 hours of sleep right now, and feeling a bit cotton-headed. But, i'm told that's ok, so i'll leave the gibberish in and hope for the best.

I am almost 13400. I planned to do up to 15000 today but my fingers hurt! I have begun to slow down with my writing.

I hope to hit 20000 by Sunday. That's the plan atleast!

I reached the 10k plateau on Tuesday and I just crossed over the 15k mark. I just hope I can continue to pace myself and not fizzle out before the end of the month.

Just hit 10k. Feeling a bit low, though, as it seems like everyone else is already on their way to being half finished...and its only 5 days in.

I hit 10K earlier today at work, then decided to keep going, and hit 12K. Hopefully i can keep pounding out 3K a day! (Hey, that rhymes!)

A better question would be what isn't wrong with me.

First time in NaNoWriMo! Wish me luck reaching 50K!!

ditto on the first time doing this. I hit 10k today at around 2pm- I'm now moving towards 11k. I don't think it's annoying- I think it's a way of encouraging each other.

I got to 10K a few days ago... Currently just passed 15K, and if all goes according to plan (my guess is, it won't), I'll write another 4500 and get to 20K tomorrow!

Just hit 10K a few minutes ago. A lot better than the last couple of years when I didn't even get there (but then I wasn't really trying either - life got in the way).
