Little Red Riding Hood
Rapunzel

The Princess and the Pea
Puss in Boots

There are probably lots of lists online that are more complete. Also, there are classic stories like Aesop's Fables. I also thought of ballets like The Firebird and The Nutcracker. There are also classic children's stories like The Little Princess and The Secret Garden, The Wizard of Oz, and the various stories by Beatrix Potter.
Googling will probably get you a lot more info, but this was a fun exercise and a great break in the middle of the day.
I can do better than just off the top of my head. Right behind me on my bookshelf I have both Grimms' and Andersen's Fairy Tales.
Grimms:
The Twelve Dancing Princesses
The Golden Bird
The Three Spinning Fairies
The Three Children of Fortune
King Thrushbeard
Jorinda and Joringel
The Wren and the Bear
The Twelve Brothers
The Mouse, the Bird, and the Sausage
The Wolf and the Seven Goats
This is going to take way longer than I have time for. Are you going to be at the Write-in on Saturday? I could bring my books for you to looks at.
