This is the first of the 'quiet place to write' gatherings. We have a nice sitting area (and the gas fireplace is now on), off the lobby of my building. It is a secure building. There is a window for the lounge facing the courtyard, so I suggest going there.

If you wish to show up, and are driving, PM me so I can give you the address.

Streetcar is easier. Take it into the Pearl, toward NW 23rd and get off at 12th and Northrup. The buildings in front of you (The Sitka) is where I am. I am in the east building. Enter the courtyard near the streetcar stop and take the first steps to your right (you'll round the corner of the building), and the resident entrance is ahead. there is a large window to the left of that door. By 5pm, I should have my larger white felted bunny in the window... just tap on the glass and I'll let you in.

several chairs, one large round table and outlets are there for the use.

There are Starbucks and other such coffee places nearby. the Little Green Grocer is on the corner.

I'd love to get an idea of how many there will be... either PM me or reply here... and I hope I can do these more than this once.

Starting at 5pm Saturday the 7th.

and if anyone wants a little wool needle felted bunny, let me know. Although due to my finances, I ask for a donation of $5. They are cute...

I think I may be able to make it.
Can you send me an address for the building?
I will rsvp with certainty tomorrow.

Right now 5 pm is probably too late for me, as that's prime family time. As the month winds down and I get more desperate, I might have to come by. This sounds like a wonderfully cozy set-up, much better than a coffee shop write-in. Thanks for organizing this!

a resounding success. And some awesome pizza too. that was some seriously good writing fuel. I think those last two slices will be lunch tomorrow. It even tastes good cold.

Anyone else is more than welcome to join us next week.
