Barriques is a coffee shop and deli. They also are a wine and beer store, tasty drinks that they let you drink in the store. It really is a coffee shop, not a bar, so NaNoers of all ages would be welcomed.
I'm planning on heading out there after work and staying until close, so that will be like 5:30 to 10 or so. Anyone else want to come out?

Bummer. I live pretty close to Barriques and I'd love to come and meet some folks, but I have to drive down to Illinois [1] on Friday night. If it works out well, maybe we could try it again during the week sometime later in the month.

[1] I moved back to Madison a year ago, but I haven't sold my house in Illinois yet. I just got an offer on Monday night and they want to close before Thanksgiving. So, I'm going to have to bust my butt to get all of my stuff moved out of the house over the next three weekends. I've got a good start on NaNo, so I think that I'll still finish in time, but it really puts a damper on my writing. Stupid real estate market!

Huzzah! Friday at 5:30 for a "wine in"!
I added it to the calendar... I was hoping others with google calendars could click on the little google button at the bottom of the calendar and add events. I'll keep adding things just in case.
