Thank you so much, everybody! I really appreciate, um, being appreciated.
You're all very welcome. I'm glad to see so many people encouraged to write, and to keep writing, no matter what. I do this to make sure that creative dreams stay alive.
Or get resurrected like my 15-year hiatus from writing before I found NaNoWriMo (like the monkey mummy I've been writing about...)

Thank you to both our ML's...I bring you pumpkin muffins and this funny, true story:
I was once in a job interview and right away I could tell that it was not going to be a good fit, so I just decided to have fun with the interview. The two people behind the desk were taking notes and had a very stuffy interview style. One of them asked me "What would you bring to the position?" Flatly, I responded "Muffins." Surprisingly, I was not offered the job.
