Anyway, I'm an international student at UEA and this is my second year doing Nano. I'm writing either a historical fiction novel or a romance (depends on which idea I like more).

Since I don't know if any of you Durhamites will check out the Newcastle area... Hi. I'm Zof, and I'm co-ML for Newcastle. However, I work in Durham, and I'm trying (for my sins -- I may burnout by the end of this month, but hey, I'll have had fun!) to set up a Durham chapter (whoa, bad pun) as well. If anyone is interested, please do let me know. If there's enough interest I may try to set it up as a separate Region with the lovely folks at NaNo; otherwise, we'll be Newcastle And Durham (or Durham And Newcastle, perhaps; I'm not sure about having the acronym of NADs).

East of England regions

Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that there are two East of England regions set up, namely Cambridge and Essex. Both regions will be more than happy to accept anyone from the East of England who wants to come along and post there, so don't think that if you live outside either of these places that you won't be welcome!

Last year the Cambridge forum had participants from Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire as well, so please come along and say 'Howdi' if you want to, we'll be glad to see you. :-)
