Lindsay's Novel
an excerpt
“Derek. What the hell are you doing, man?” Travis asked.
“I’m playin’ Polish Roulette,” Derek answered.
“What the hell is that?”
“It’s where you don’t know whether you’re gonna fart or poop, man, so you just gotta take a chance. And I just won twice in a row!”
“Wow. And you’re willing to take that chance in the freakin’ plastic wrap?”
“Dude. I’m so pro at this, you don’t even know.” Derek suddenly twisted around and looked down his backside.
“You’re clean, man, you’re good,” Travis assured him.
Derek looked up and around, then nodded at Travis for them to continue walking down the hall to class.
“Dude I still can’t believe I’m walking down the hall with you when you’re not wearing a thing but plastic wrap. And freakin’ yellow smiley-face boxers.”
