Brief Author Bio: My name is Stef, though I tend to go by Silatda online... ;) I'm a junior studying equine science and psychology at NDSU. My primary areas of interest are equine-facilitated psychotherapy and self-injury, and I hope to pursue a career in one of those fields upon graduation.
