Synopsis: Manhattan (2017)

New York, NY in 2017: The US economy has failed. All communication has ceased. The Internet has disappeared. The government has taken over the coasts and moved its citizens inward. No one can legally reside on the isle of Manhattan, but that doesn't stop the stragglers who exist by begging, bartering, and stealing what they need to get by.

That is, until one night in the middle of a hot July when the government decides to get rid of the resisters by any means possible...
