KK bounced around the room excitedly. "Can we go now, Mommy? Pleeeease??"

"Not yet, dear. Mommy has to get your things together."

She sighed impatiently, climbing up and flopping down in the big cushy armchair in the living room as she waited. "Well if you'd done it last night like I'd asked you to, you wouldn't be waiting, little missy!" her mother called out from the little girl's room. Khanna just rolled her eyes. She just wanted to go to the party; she didn't care about the camping trip.
