Synopsis: Mists of Illusion

To date there are many theories on the creation of the world as we know it. Scientists tell us one thing, religious leaders tell us another to contradict those which science states to be true, history tells us a third that is conformed to try and meet the beliefs of the majority and then there is the truth. Truth is a mighty thing to be reckoned with when it is not diluted by the underhanded stratagem of man. Truth has no agenda, it has no desire for wealth or property, and it has no prejudice or preference. Truth is the base on which we might build mighty empires. Truth is the base on which we build our ideals.

I invite you, reader, into a world older than our own. To an age and time long before our current scientific findings, to an age and time before the religion of man came to be, to an age and time before history can remember. I invite you to a time and place where magic reigned and a people of such seemingly perfection existed. I invite to the land of Ven Aliria, for in Ven Aliria there is but one thing to remember: Seeing is not believing; believing is seeing the truth.
