Selena,
How are you? I hope that you’re excited! It’s your first day at your new school. I know that it’s going to go great for you. You do so well making new friends! As long as you make new ones, and don’t forget about us, you’re all set!
Nothing really new has been happening lately. A family has moved into your old house, but nobody has really met them yet. They just showed up yesterday, so we’ve only seen a glimpse. There look to be a mother and father, and then a couple of teenagers that look to be around our age. I’ll make sure to find out who they are. Who knows, maybe I’ll be making new friends too!
Everyone misses you, especially me. I can’t believe that you’re not here to sit next to me in the classes that we have together anymore. That’s going to be strange. We’ve sat by each other since kindergarten!
Anyway, I’d better go, I wanted to write this so that you’d have it when you got home. Make sure that you brief me on a lot of the events that have happened on your first day!
