Brief Author Bio: My name's Tally (surprise surprise) I'm thirteen years old, my favourite colour is red, I'm English, a Gemini and a geek extraordinaire. This is actually my first attempt at anything even slightly realistic - I've lived and breathed fantasy since I was first capable of coherent thought. Wish me luck; I'll need it. |

Synopsis: Operation Ditto
When thirteen-year-old Chloe Sabre's parents are run over by a train, she and her twin sister are sent to live in an orphanage. That's where they find the letter. They meet the requirements and so have been enrolled at St Christopher's Reform Institute for Boys, a spy school run by MI6. Because who'd guess that what seemed to be a school for delinquent boys would be home to two hundred of the world's most promising young spies? Seeing no other options, they say yes. And their world is promptly shaken to the core. New home, new people, even new names. But amidst struggling with advanced algebra, learning three different languages, coping with the dreaded fitness training and dealing with their new life, something doesn't seem right. Why were her parents run over by the Eurostar when they said they were staying in London? Why won't anyone tell her anything about it? And what did her teachers mean when she overheard them mention 'dealing with the Sabres'? Newly named Chance isn't stupid - that's what earned her a place here - and her hunt for the truth will take her out of England, into the harsh terrain of the Andes and perhaps even further.
