Synopsis: Shattered

Even-keeled and go-with-the-flow Mischa has always been there to support friends and family in crisis. He was the glue that held things together when the world fell apart. When the rebels attack the Council chambers, he is wounded and taken captive. Fighting within the rebel group leads to factions breaking away. He ends up with the group led by the most dangerous of them all--a woman with immense gifts including both telekinesis and telepathy. But it is not the mere presence of the gifts that make her dangerous. It is the fact that they are completely unpredictable and frequently uncontrollable when she is feeling any emotion strongly. While dealing with his own losses and hallucinations due to his injuries and infections, instead of arranging his own escape, Mischa must find a way to help her gain control of herself before she destroys everything that both of them hold dear.
