Synopsis: <untitled>

David has spent his whole life in the village of Dreade, nestled in the isolated foothills of Freecloud Mountain, living simply and strictly by the Word of the prophet who founded their settlement generations ago. The people of Dreade have always kept to themselves, kept apart from the outside world that would persecute them for their religious beliefs. But when a strange, feral boy appears in the village, everything that David has taught himself to believe will be questioned. As the mystery of the boy is unraveled, and tidings of war start to march toward them from the lowland kingdoms, the village might never be the same.
