Synopsis: Studies Parts I and III
In the beginning.... yeah Studies kinda hopped so in medias res that I need to write a beginning and an end. It's sort of cheating, but I am so excited about it, and have no idea where it's going to take me.
Synopsis: Mother is a werewolf and fights rebels. They kill her. And at the end of the story her son kills the leader of the rebels. Woo.
And then there's this Master of the Wind guy....
Excerpt: Studies Parts I and III
"My life was forefit long ago. As lightning took my life, an offering from earth to the heavens, the planet took me back, back from the dire, bitter sharp smell of death. Yes, I died then, and have committed my second life to serving Gaia as a free man, unhindered by laws, by chains of the government. I am not some servant of the people that rule this city. I am a servant of the planet, a steward, a bringer of life, wind, sustenance for all who dare to see what those in power have kept from us. We are not theirs. We are our own."
