Synopsis: Starsong of Enen (Working Title)
It has been seven hundred years since a starspoken held the throne of Enen, and the kingdom has forgotten. They do not remember that there was not one starspoken, but two. They do not remember that only one starspoken was of their people. Most importantly, they do not remember that there are gates between the worlds, gates through which the starspoken may pass unseen. They are not supposed to remember.
After five hundered years of peace and prosperity, the schools of starsong are again falling into disrepair. Rumor tells of a shadow stalking the mountains and even stealing students out of their beds. In the schools, no one has shown any remarkable talent in decades and enrollment has slowed to a trickle. There are no longer enough of the starsingers to go around. To make matters worse, war threatens from the eastern border, the king has fallen ill, and no rain has fallen in Enen for several months. Food has become scarce, and the people are growing restless.
Chris Rania Starsinger was nothing more than an average student until a strange woman came to Rania speaking of things she couldnt know. Things like the deadly intentions of a prince, and the shadows drawing ever closer to the schools. And now when she sleeps, Chris is plagued by dreams of a girl she's never met in an unfamiliar world. The only thing she knows is that this girl is being followed by a nightmare Chris could swear she's seen before, and time is running out.
