Synopsis: A Place Without Walls

Young Jordan is taken to the Castle when he shows signs not only of having magic but of some other disease. He's under the King's protection and will be looked after as he grows and learns restraint. But rumors spread about who, or what, he really is.

Jordan wants no part of this new, ordered, ceremonial life. He seeks a place without walls. But the Castle is his world now. You cannot leave the Castle if there is no outside beyond it.
