A Gap In Time
an excerpt
well this is lame.... really lame but oh well.
Her mind was brought back from the oblivion of her own thoughts, by something she saw and Felicity did a double take. The moon began to slowly and gently split into two crescents. A beam of light shadowed a circle around her from the crescent moons. Then everything went black around her and she lost the feeling of gravity. Felicity seemingly floated through darkness. She felt nothing but hugged her legs close to her and as she did so she gained momentum and like a ball she bounced off of nonexistent walls, though it didn’t hurt. Suddenly she stopped the bouncing and progressed . . . forward? She wondered what was happening and prayed that it was all a dream. Then the ground came at her with incredible speed, she braced herself for a large impact. But none came. She touched the ground softly and exhaled a sigh of relief and then she looked around her.
