Another one.

A character receives too much change back from the cashier and proceeds to walk out of the store with it.
+ BP if the character is guilt-stricken but can't decide if s/he should return the change or not
++ DBP if there are witnesses.
+++ QBP if the character knows there are witnesses and the witnesses know that the character was aware of them.
