Ain't that the truth! Saw a pic this week of the fog over the river and the tops of the buildings just punching through. It was taken at night so all you saw were the lights of that new tiara monstrosity and a few other lights of nearby buildings. The view fits this title well.

Titles are not protected by copyright. (http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-protect.html) They can still be trademarked though, so you could check that.

I think perhapse Everything you Ever. I don't WANT my book to turn into a romance trying to be a fantasy and this actually helps steer the plot away from pretending it isnt going to end up a romance. Crimson Night just wasnt doing it as much as i liked the pun. It was coloring every bit of the book, literally....the two characters i came up with are nicknamed Crim and Red.....

Copyright does not protect titles... I mean if it's something new then it's probably a bad idea to use the name, but many, many books have had the same titles before.
