Life. Remember that word? Something we all (somewhat) had before the beginning of the month. You have to return to it once the month is over. So what things have you been putting off that need to get done that you can (maybe) do now? I for one have to do a psychological interview (for a class, don't worry), edit a 40 page play, write four 5 page papers, write a 20 page paper, clean my room (seriously I'm not sure if the floor's there any more), find a new job, send out graduation announcements, do a whole bunch of stats stuff, fix my car, and....feed my cat (he's really hungry).
I have a paper to write up which involves a lot of stats and a program I don't have. In addition to that, I have six other things I need to run through the stats program as well as putting all my notes neatly into a notebook. Then I need to get my lab book organized and do all the math that needs to be done and turn in all the sheets that I haven't turned in, and I also need to go to my lab since I haven't shown up this month at all and I still have one horribly long analysis to run.
Basically, I have a crapload of schoolwork that was supposed to be done yesterday piling up on me. Tomorrow isn't going to be fun.
-12 ficlets for a Christmas fic exchange. Some of the crossovers/prompts I got are kind of strange and I've been putting it off.
-update my two large fanfiction stories, or at least start working on them again.
-Read. I got the first four books in the Song of Ice and Fire series waiting for me.
-Christmas shopping. Oh God, the Christmas shopping. I think I'm going to get everything online, save me from actually going out and dealing with the crowds.
Try to finish my novel since I didn't get a chance to hit 50k during the month of November! I've been so overwhelmed with grad school applications, studying for the GRE, midterms/final paper drafts, new training for my job, etc. that despite my best intentions, NaNo just didn't end up happening the way I wanted it to. But the story is still there, it's still a lit fire inside of me, and I do still want to finish writing it... eventually. I think that will be what my Christmas break is for. :)
I will continue my job hunting and take up my German studies! And I also plan to make some illustrations for my newly written novel (I finished early so I'm editing now in november).
* Christmas shopping * Look up radio stations for ideas about styles * Read some of the books I had bought earlier this month * Edit my current novel * Make some marketing plans for a couple of friends and their businesses * Brainstorm ideas for a business I could start since I have student loans to pay off * Practice some more of my Spanish and possibly Mandarin
First, I'm going to watch some TV, read a book, and not think about writing for a couple of days. Next week, I'll start working on my BA thesis. And yes, I am looking forward to that.
I dont know, it feels weird when youve done something for so long, and then you get to the end and you've won and you're like now what do i do?!
I plan to finish my christmas shopping, sort out everything in time for going away to france for christmas, got two/three christmas dos to go to, wrap presents for people, order some more stuff online, pay my credit card bill and just read some books to amuse my poor addled written out brain.
But yea I just want to concentrate on like christmas with my lovely fiancee in France which will be quiet and intimate :D
Sleep, clean my house, not write. Hopefully I'll also be able to focus more on my work (oops). Oh, and Christmas shopping, can't put that off much longer. On the plus side, might find some books to read, and watch some movies, now that I have the time.
Take my dog to the vet. Clean up 4 years of my life that are a jumble in maybe 100 sq. ft of space in someone elses house. Interview for a job. Buy clothes for said job interview. Prep to move when I get the job (fingers crossed). Call the docs. Catch up with the friends I've blown off. Make a christmas list. Go christmas shopping. Hopefully redeem myself in the eyes of the old man. Go back to the gym.
Sleep. Continue hunting for a job. Finish my novel and continue the rewrites of my last NaNo. Start Christmas-shopping. Meet a few friends and family x''''D Oh and write a few blog posts :)
What are you going to do now?!

Re: What are you going to do now?!
Market, market, market. I have three books to get some sales on, and I'll get to cracking big-time.
Re: What are you going to do now?!
Terraria update is December 1st. That pretty much says it all for me.
Re: What are you going to do now?!
Keep doing what I've been doing: taking care of critters and working on my novels. I have no life. :(
Re: What are you going to do now?!
For me, it is time to cram like mad for finals.

Re: What are you going to do now?!
Plan my next writing project. And read a lot. Play more video games (which I've been neglecting for NaNo).
I also have more essays to write, anyway...
