My brother accidentally just became part of my novel

So, I have a character who shows up in two scenes as the nerdy-looking guy who works behind the counter at a fast food place. Two days after I wrote the character for the first time, my brother got a job at McDonald's. What is going on here? Anyone else have weird stuff like this happening?

Woah, this is your subconscious revealing all of your inner thoughts of your brother through this little character, let your psyche go on, and see what you truly think of him.

I purposely put my family into my novel. My brothers are my main character's older brothers. I even incarnated the little sister I sometimes wish I had into the novel. My best friend, my parents, and my roleplay character from several different sites also show up. My best friend is Nova's best friend, my parents are Nova's parents, and Ailish is...Ailish. I incarnated myself several times, each with a different side of my personality. Ailish is my wild, crazy side. Nova is my insecure teenage girl side, and Anne is my quiet, intelligent little girl with little girl logic side. I'm learning a lot about how I think of certain people in my life through this novel. I find it really interesting to see what I subconsciously think of those who are closest to me, particularly myself.

I might think this was true, except the guy gets exactly four lines, ever, two of which are "may I take your order?" and the other two are "order 121!" and "order 473!"

I wasn't planing on putting people I actually know into my book, but my youth pastor, best friend, and another person showed up in my novel. Hahaha, I turned my best friend into a four year old, just with her same personality. ;P

I HAD THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPEN! I wrote about my MC having a cousin that no one ever knew about, andddd guess what?!? So do I! Whowuddathunkit?

I wrote my whole current (non-nano) novel around my brother!!! I'm Not Kidding He's kind of weird, and he's always saying things that make no sense. I got the idea that maybe they actually made sense, but he had a different kind of sense that he was one of the only people with.

I base most of my characters off of real people. That way I can actually think from their POV Julianna- me Nio- my best friend Kenya- my other crazy friend Matt- this guy in Spanish class/the dude I sit next to Ryan- this guy I used to be friends with but now hate with every cell in my body (long story) Sonya- shy girl in class Fern- fastest runner in the school Steven- chatterbox kid Leah- older cousin

Well I put my sister in my novel and then I had to kill her off because the plot demanded that someone died and she was the perfect candidate. It was pretty traumatic in the household actually. She wouldn't talk to me for a couple of days, claiming that I'd killed her.
