Qualities for "The Perfect Man"

I've recently changed my plot (I know, I know) to my MC creates a list of what would be "The Perfect Man," and magically her list comes to life. After she gets to know "The Perfect Man," she realizes that all those qualities she thought would be so important, really are starting to bore her. So it's kind of like, sometimes what you think is what you want and think is perfect, really is not good for you and not what you need.

So can any of you suggest qualities that a good, but then there is that catch that is a little turn off?
Examples:

Sense of Humor, only he really only thinks his jokes are funny and finds yours sad.
Knows How to Cook, only he would rather talk in detail about how he cooked the meal instead of eating it.
Perfect Teeth, only he spends almost a half hour in the morning, after lunch and before bed brushing, flossing and what not.

Suggestions? Thanks!

-Great Body, except he's an exercise addict and makes you feel bad if you don't spend every waking second working out and/or don't have a super healthy diet
-Perfect Hair, only he has hundreds of hair products and spends more time than you getting his hair "just right"
-Extremely Intelligent, only he puts you down if you want to watch things other than documentaries (or TV at all) or read anything that isn't a serious publication/non-fiction book

I'll post again if I can think of more.

Honest, only he is too honest, to the point where he is constantly criticizing everything you do.

Hard worker, only he is always at work, and when he is home he is still doing work.

Kind and caring – only it eats up much of his time and resources -> less time to hang out with FMC
Gives great gifts – has the urge to tell you exactly how much everything cost and how he haggled down the price
maybe even a scene where he buys her a rose at a small flower stall and starts haggling about a $1 rose.
Doesn't care if you don't look perfect – doesn't care if you don't look perfect

Shares the same interests- except he knows more about them than you do making you feel like a fraud for ever saying you liked art/music/classic cars etc
Animal lover- loves them so much he pulls over on the side of the hwy and chases down stray dogs so they dont get hit but risks getting hit himself as the cars speed by at 70-80 mph, and you're obviously always late getting anywhere because of this
Loves kids- and talks to every human under 4 feet that he encounters regardless of the weather, location, or freaked out look on the parents face

Humble, like maybe he does something selfless and doesn't admit he did it (like Mr. Darcy)

Ethical, makes a choice to do the right thing when something shady would be easier

Knows how to do something useful, like carpentry, fixing a car, wiring a lamp, gardening or baking

Loves animals... so he brings home 5 puppies that chew up your shoe collection.
Has a large vocabulary... so it becomes difficult to respond to his sentences because you have no idea what he's saying.
Your parents think he's perfect... so they pressure you to be perfect, and they always defend him in fights.
He's nice to the downtrodden... so he insists on inviting 5 homeless people to Thanksgiving.
He speaks 5 languages... and uses them to tell his foreign friends everything he doesn't like about you.
Went to an Ivy League school... where he met his seemingly-perfect ex that he describes and makes you jealous.
Drives a gorgeous car... that you wreck the first day he lets you drive it after months of pleading.
Has an amazing group of friends/family... who all tell him that he's out of your league.

Ha ha - having a good chuckle at these suggestions. What about:

Loves to communicate - ends up driving you mad by endlessly analysing the relationship

Adores you in every way--only he paints the perfect picture of you, as if you are in a Renissance painting, and you really don't like how you never seem to measure up to his expectations.

Protective--he's so protective that he becomes over-protective when around other guys and extremely jealous when you speak with other men that are not him that he drives them away with a baseball bat or other blunt objects.
