Unlike the average romantic heroine, who is always "petite but busty, with golden hair like spun silk and lips like dew kissed rosebuds," my Meg is pear shaped, blind without her contacts and has curly hair that frizzes when there is any amount of moisture in the air. I'm Josie. This is my first NaNoWriMo, but I couldn't be more excited. I just recently changed my novel from Story A to Story B and I couldn't be happier. I'm writing a chick lit (as you can probably tell), but there is a little bit of a twist as the two main characters (both female) end up falling for each other. Its a workplace romance with quirky writers and an upcoming deadline and the two partners possibly filing for divorce. I would love some writing buddies to help keep me on track and who I can cheer on.
