Welcome to Nano 2011 erotic fiction board. Please use this thread to introduce yourself and your novel. Please ensure you do not post anything sexually explicit as per the site rules.

I'm Essbee. I'm one of the moderators for this board and although this is my first year moderating this section i'm not new to moderating for Nano. I'm the ML for Glasgow and West in Scotland and i'm really looking forward to November!

Capriciouswoman, name says it all, from Europe. I've participated in Nano before but never won. Burning out being the main risk there.

For 2011 I want to try my hand at an old plot I've been toying with. It will be a straightforward love story with a fair amount of both sensual and explicit scenes as well as conflict and character growth.

I'm Jauhis, and once again I'm writing Erotic Fiction, which has been my genre for ages. I have one official win from last year, and it was a great success. I also won both Camp NaNos this summer with Erotic Fiction, so now it's my 4th attempt to write some more explicit scenes for NaNo. Hopefully it's gonna be easy and I don't throw my plot (or "plot") into the air in the middle of the month. As always, I'll be writing in Finnish, and I hope I'll be a winner this year also~

This year I'm going to be writing the first book in what I hope will be a contemporary series about roller derby girls called The Derby Dames. The first book is called Sex on Wheels, and I'm having to restrain myself from writing it right now. But that's okay, because I have edits to do and my new cover just landed on my desk so I have to put in the necessary hours staring at it.

My novel this year is leaning toward the romance end of the spectrum, but that certainly does exclude sexy times. I'm unrulydreamer (aka SE). I'm a 24 year old who lives in Alberta, Canada. This is my sixth year doing nano and my third year doing erotica. This year I've sort of mixed Erotica and Fantasy (in a genre I like to call Erotictsy lol) with possible romance thrown in...depends how willing my characters are. I'm really excited to be writhing something newish and challenging for this years nano!

I'm Angrykittykj (or Krys). I'm 24, happily married and have just moved out of a NaNo region that I really loved and have found myself in Austin, TX for quite possibly the rest of my life. This is my sixth year doing NaNo (not counting Camp NaNo this past summer) and my very first time trying Erotic Fiction.

My novel is about a young psychiatrist who has had some horrible experiences with sex and pretty much given up on it all together. She meets a man who has spent years involved in fetish and sex games and he convinces her that he can change her views on sex. It will turn romantic at the end when sex turns to love, but the story will mostly consist of lots of different sex games. Should be fun :)

I'm Darby, and this is my second time attempting NaNo. I've written quite a few novella-length pieces of fanfiction, but this is going to be my first time trying a lengthy original work.

My novel is a queer erotic romance with a coming of age plot set against an alternate earth historical fantasy backdrop with a touch of family drama and a few attempted political assassinations thrown in for good measure.

Hi all, I'm Fae. I've participated in NaNo every year since 2006 and won 3/5. All three of those NaNo novels have been published, as well as a good number of non-NaNo books as well. Hi, I'm Eileen and I'm new to novel writing. I won Script Frenzy in April but have never done NaNo before. I have written loads of NC17 fan fiction. including one that is currently 10 and a half chapters long and one that is 8 chapters long. The one that is over 10 chapters long is over 50000 words so I know that in theory I can do it.

My Hero and heroine are going to be captain and XO of a space ship, lost in space and forced to settle for a time on a planet. But the planet expects them to be husband and wife and behave as such. They are telepaths so they will know if they have not had sex so despite the fact they have one of those love/ hate relationships, they have to go ahead with it. I may have to create some kind of plot at some point... :-/

I'm ursamater. This is my third NaNo. The first year I wrote a science fiction menage a quartre. Last year I wrote a Regency menage with a cougar femdomme theme. It's steampunk ghosthunters this year! I'm really looking forward to this one.

Aurelius is my pen name, and my writing is mainly adventure sagas with kidnapping, damsels-in-distress and suitably wicked men. I've been writing this kind of thing for about 8 years. My stories appear on appropriate BDSM story websites and the feedback is generally good. The stories tend to go on a bit!

Finally, it's time for a new story and I reckon I could get a first draft written in 30 days if I stay motivated. This is my first Nano!

I'm not sure what I'm writing yet, except it will be rude - our last write in last year ended up with a 15 min word war - and all of us abandoned our normal novels to write filth... after that I got challanged to do the whole of NaNo this year as filth. I've got a vague starting point, but it'll be disjointed and horrid until I can catch up with myself.

Last year was bad sci-fi. Hit the goal, but it was rubbish - this year, who knows...

Tamaroo from (just outside) Victoria, BC. This is my 4th year at WriMo and each year I write some kind of erotica with a plot. As I told a friend it's not all bodice ripping and olive pressing. :) I like to think I tell a story with dynamic characters in realistic settings. Of course, I could just be kidding myself and they're all completely crap. :)
Last year I attempted erotic sci-fi with bilingual dialogue...I'm not well versed in sci-fi and I found it a difficult genre to "fake". This year I'll go back to my tried and tested style. No definite ideas yet, but there's still time.

Heeey... I'm fantasychallange7, and I suppose I might as well introduce myself seeing as I'll be checking in here quite a bit from here on out. XD My story is going to be mainly plot-centered, but it's probably gonna get pretty sexy on the side too lol.

Basically, there's some sort of zombie apocalypse sweeping through the planet, and the main characters get stranded out in Alaska. They have to learn to survive without modern society, combat zombies, and keep up with everybody's weird relationship things.

Hey, I'm witchling, obviously. Or Kayla. This is my first time writing what is going to be really obviously erotica although pretty much everything I write leans toward the sexy side.

This year I'm writing a polyamorous, domestic discipline romance set against a backdrop of supernatural shenanigans? It's definitely a break from tradition and I'm probably going to spend most of my time here looking for help getting this thing going. That said, I'm really inspired by it, I love my characters and I'm excited to hang out in a new forum this year and party with you guys!

The (in)famous Talaisan, of Montana. I screwed up NaNo HARD last year. I already screwed up this year, but hey, we'll see if I can handle it. It won't be "starting from scratch on a novel on November 1st" so much as "seeing how much more of this monster I can write in November".

Let's see... I never write modern-day, or espionage, or romance, or any of the various things that make up the novel I've got cooking. So I'm flying blind, by the seat of my pants, in uncharted territory. Fortunately, I know that sanity is for the weak!
