Favorite movie: Gotta be The Little Mermaid; I adore so many of them, but this was the first one I loved, and will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope that they get around to re-releasing this one in theaters the way they've done with The Lion King and plan on doing with Beauty and the Beast! Pretty much any of the Disney Renaissance movies, I'd pay to go see in the theater again. Multiple times. Favorite character: Tigger's got a special place in my heart. Mulan is also pretty awesome, especially from the girl-power perspective. Favorite song: Hmm, this is definitely a hard one. "Be Prepared" is wonderful, but "Part of Your World" always gets me; "Go the Distance" is lovely and inspirational, and "I'll Make a Man Out of You" is awesome. "Beauty and the Beast" is a gorgeous love song, but so is "A Whole New World". There are just too many amazing choices! And now I feel the need to put my Disney playlist on... I even have this thing that when I carry bags I consciously try to carry them the way Belle carries her basket in the beginning of the movie. But I've stopped trying to read and walk at the same time seeing as that one time almost ended up with me being struck by a car and it's not really worth that ;) Other than that I'm sooo jealous at Belle because the Beast (before he turns into a prince) is among my dream-men totally and I want her library so much. Everytime I watch Beauty and the Beast I replay that scene to take it all in because it's so damn beautiful and big and I love books =D Other characters I really like is Rapunzel (I think she's the cutest Disney-princess), Mulan, Donald and Kuzco (I actually have a bit of a crush on Kuzco randomly enough) and I love the villains Mother Gothel, Yzma, Ursula, Dr. Facilier and Frollo (the last one because he's so horrifyingly real and creeps me out). Favorite song: I won't say I'm in love is plain awesomeness. I love Disney movies. They're just so magical, so . . . enchanting. Favorite princess and prince are easily Tiana and Naveen, though I also love Aladdin and Jasmine. I'd say Simba and Nala too, but they're lions. But I never really got the love for Beauty and the Beast. None of the songs were all that great to me, neither were the characters. Belle was a good princess, but the Beast was . . . dull. I don't know what it was, but I never was too fond of him. Oh, and even though I loved it as a little girl, the Little Mermaid is probably my least favorite Disney princess film. Nothing against it or its fans, I'm just not too fond. Oh, and yes to Mulan! Even though she wasn't a princess, I loved her. (And am I the only one who liked to the sequel too? I know I am.) Haven't seen a lot of the older ones or Tangled so can't comment on those. Favorite Character: Pascal! Seriously, though, I love everyone in Tangled, mainly Pascal and Maximus, with Mother Gothel and Flynn Rider tied for a close third. You can't beat Lumiere and Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast, nor can you ignore the fantastic-ness that is Mushu or Meg, from Hercules. As for villains, I love Gaston, Hades, and, Jafar. Favorite Song: I like the funny ones, even if they aren't meant to be taken as humor. 'I'll Make a Man Out of You', 'Mother Knows Best', and 'Be Our Guest' top the list at this point in time.
