;-) Well, I find the cop ignorable, personally. But Bo's attractive, Kensi's a little cutie, and the doc has some real potential.
Pretty people aside, it's not badly done. The whole Light vs. Dark Fae thing is a bit cliche, but it's not clear yet exactly where they're going with it, so...
I kinda fell in love with the flying charred skulls and the "Some people don't handle rejection well" line. Heh.
Yeah I'm not sure either what direction the storyline is going to go. I'm not sure if that bodes well or badly for the show. I read that it was picked up for a third season in Canada so I'm going to assume it stays good. The doctor bothers me a little. I can't quite put my finger on why. I think she might just be a little to pushy towards Bo. Like she may slip a roofie in her drink or something. Kensi is probably the best character on the show for me. Her interactions with Bo, Dyson and the whatshisname Siren are the best parts of the episodes.
Kensi is priceless--up in the faces of Big Bad Individuals of every sort, most of whom could snap her like a twig. Love her!
(I don't think you can fault the doc for coming on to Bo--Bo started that, after all, by turning her succubus-attractive powers on the doc at their first meeting.)
Mmm... but, Bo didn't start it. The writers were very careful to make Lauren make the first move sorta. With the whole 'hand down the back' in a not so doctor-ly way.
Of course, I'm a little spoiled and do know where it goes. And boy oh boy, the Doc is just as much at the center of it as Wolfie is.... :)
Here's hoping that SyFy ponies up for Season Three (they've only bought, rented, whatever, Seasons 1 and 2 from Showcase....)
I expect that Syfy will pick up 3 when it's available, but they haven't even starting filming yet, afaik, so it could be a year or more before we see it here. :-(
Well, I can wait... I think. Or maybe I can't... :) But so far, so good... (and, I cheated a little and watched some of the clips of the Season 2 finale. Awesome!)
If you can hold out, don't skip ahead... the clips that I saw of the finale woulda been awesome to see for the first time during the season... but... I skip ahead in books too... (always only to make sure my favorite characters don't die... not for the solution to the mystery or the big twist... :))
Lost Girl
So far I'm amused...
Re: Lost Girl
I am watching this show, too. Really like it so far. The fact that the cop is a hottie doesn't hurt.

Re: Lost Girl
Bo started it by being sexy.
Re: Lost Girl
I don't know.... I find Bo just a bit Boring. Now Lauren (when the hairdressers aren't torturing her characters hair) she can bring it.
Re: Lost Girl
Fair point.

Re: Lost Girl
I've been trying not to skip ahead...but I suspect I may succumb to temptation soon. So many loose ends...
