I Am not writing because...

I've decided in my wisdom, to reorganize all my youtube videos! You know...so I can easily get to my NaNo inspiration stuff, and to music vids, and ooo I didn't know I had that!

What things do you use to get out of writing?

Cleaning out the cat pans.

Homework, but not because I want to. >:P

A potent mix of homework, netflix, and forums, it's quite deadly. :P

I'm making dinner for my family.

I am using my own laziness as an excuse for not writing. (See? Even my excuse is lazy...)

I keep falling asleep every time I sit down at my computer to write.
Seriously, this afternoon I had my third unplanned nap in...three days. And I probably slept three or four hours this time before the phone ringing woke me up.

And now, I can't believe I'm wasting the few minutes time I have left writing this on a forum rather than doing the two weeks' worth of dishes in my sink. I promised myself that would get done today...

Nah. I'd rather write.

I am getting slightly frustrated with my novel.
But that's okay, because I still love my novel and will get back to writing it eventually.

I do not feel like transferring all my handwritten work onto a Word Doc so I can get the word count. I especially do no feel like counting.

I'm stuck.

I take sleeping pills in order to research their effects for later use in my novel. I always pass out before I can see what happens in later stages though.

(Also, I like to sleep.)

I tend to fall asleep or be very tired inexplicable when I want to write. Or I say, "hey, I'll just draw/go on facebook/check DA/read for a little bit, then I'll go back to writing!" And there's also the convention I went to and the hospital visit, but those are actually legitimate... at least the hospital...

I decided before November came that I would take a break from writing entirely on Sunday's. (That meant leaving the computer off to but look, here I am. Haven't touched a word of my novel though!)

I'm not writing because A) I have homework and B) I am putting off that homework by being on the forums and C) Homework is soooo boringggg! :/

I am not writing because I have no idea what happens next.

I am not writing because it's still early. I have plenty of time to write later.

I have to sit at work at take calls for people that have an IQ of about 12.

This is more fun. And my characters went on sit-down strike.

Because my cat keeps interrupting me. And I have to figure out how my hero is reacting to the current situation before I can write the rest of the scene. That it's in the POV of the heroine is not helping.
