Some helpful spreadsheets
I just found these wonderful progress tracking spreadsheets (which I am going to be using CONSTANTLY). They were made for NaNo's 2011 session, but you can change the dates to work for things outside of NaNo or for 2012's session. There's a character sheet, a progress tracker, plot details and a whole bunch of other (good) things.

I think this tracker is already posted but if not, please post it there. (Even if it is already there, I encourage you to go ahead and repost. The authors like to know when other wrimos find their stuff useful.)
