The undead person is decaying slowly but is still relatively fresh and doesn't show any signs of rot yet and won't mind physical activity. I personally imagine the music is hot & spicy yet of a considerably mild speed, but it could be anything. Would you dance a bolero with death? Or am I thinking of a tango? Maybe it's the tarantella. Waltz would be neat but that seems a little... not dangerous enough. They could be swing dancing but I don't know what kind of mood that would evoke. A salsa or mambo dance? They're doing the twist, the hustle and the pogo?
